How it works

We ask instead of making things up
Panels score each criterion against the evidence you give. The Australian Public Service Commission's 2026 principles for candidates allow AI, with a limit:

APSC, Principles for candidate use of AI in recruitment (2026)A panel can also ask you to explain your application. So every draft is built from your answers, and where your answers don't cover a criterion yet, we tell you what's missing and ask again, rather than filling the gap.

Questions
Which jobs is this for?
Australian public sector roles that ask you to respond to selection criteria: federal APS roles (a pitch or statement of claims), and state and territory roles that ask for key selection criteria, targeted questions or key attributes. The format differs; the job is the same: show evidence from your real experience for each item.
Who reads my documents?
Our team reads your documents and answers, and a person reviews every draft. We also use Anthropic's Claude API to help extract the criteria and draft responses, which means your documents and answers are sent to Anthropic in the United States.
Your files are kept in a private storage bucket in Sydney, never at a public link. We delete your documents and answers 90 days after we deliver your drafts, or 90 days after your order, if we never deliver. Or sooner, if you ask. Details are in our privacy policy.
What if the job ad has no Position Description?
Upload whatever the ad links to. On many public sector ads the criteria are only in the attached Position or Role Description, so please check the ad's attachments first. If there really isn't one, tick the box on the form and we'll work from the ad.
How long does it take?
We aim to email your interview questions within 24 hours of your order, and your drafts within 48 hours of your answers. If your closing date is close, tell us on the form so we can let you know whether we can make it in time.
Can I change the drafts?
You should. They're drafts of your application, and you're the one submitting it. Read each one and make sure you can explain every sentence to a panel.
