Refund Policy

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy adds to those rights. It does not replace them.

Full refund, no questions asked

You can get a full refund of A$49 if:

  • you ask before we have sent your interview questions, or
  • we do not send your interview questions within 48 hours of your order, or
  • we do not send your drafts within 72 hours of receiving your answers, and you no longer want them.

If something is wrong with your drafts

If a draft includes something you did not tell us, or misses a selection criterion from your Position Description, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it at no cost. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

How to ask

Email support@criteriawise.com with your order email address. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. The time it takes to reach your account depends on PayPal and your bank.
