Refund Policy

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy adds to those rights. It does not replace them.

Full refund, no questions asked

You can get a full refund of A$49 if:

  • you ask before we have sent your interview questions, or
  • we do not send your interview questions within 48 hours of your order, or
  • we do not send your drafts within 72 hours of receiving your answers, and you no longer want them.

Founding applicants

We are taking a small number of founding applicants while we are new. If we invited you as a founding applicant, we refund your A$49 in full after we deliver your drafts, whatever you think of them. We start the refund within 5 business days of delivery. Your bank may take a few days after that to show it.

We may ask your permission to describe your case, with identifying details removed and your approval on the wording. The refund does not depend on that permission. If you say no, or say nothing, we still refund in full.

If something is wrong with your drafts

If a draft includes something you did not tell us, or misses a selection criterion from your Position Description, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We will fix it at no cost. If we cannot fix it, we will refund you.

How to ask

Email support@criteriawise.com with your order email address. We reply within 2 business days, and refunds go back to your original payment method through PayPal. The time it takes to reach your account depends on PayPal and your bank.
