Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 September 2026
These terms apply when you buy a Criteriawise order from Kim Haneul, trading as UPTRACK (Republic of Korea) ("we", "us"). Contact: support@criteriawise.com.
Criteriawise is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by the Australian Government, the Australian Public Service Commission, or any government agency.
What you get
For A$49 per job application (the total price — there are no extra charges), we:
- Read the job advertisement and Position Description you upload, and list the selection criteria you need to address.
- Email you interview questions about your real work experience.
- Use your answers to prepare a draft response for each criterion.
- Have a person review every draft, then email your drafts to you, together with a side-by-side view of your words and our wording.
Payments are processed by PayPal and will appear as UPTRACK on your card or PayPal statement.
We aim to send your interview questions within 24 hours of your order and your drafts within 48 hours of receiving your answers. We will tell you by email if we expect a delay.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee any outcome. We cannot promise an interview, a shortlisting, or a job.
- We do not invent experience. Drafts only use what you tell us. If your answers do not cover part of a criterion, we tell you what is missing instead of filling the gap.
- We do not submit applications for you.
Your responsibilities
- The information you give us must be true, and must be your own experience.
- You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and submitting your application. Many Australian public sector employers allow applicants to use AI tools only to improve what they have drafted themselves, and may ask you to explain your application. Read your drafts carefully and make sure you can stand behind every sentence.
- Only upload documents you are allowed to share.
Your consumer rights
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies those rights. See our Refund Policy for how we handle problems with an order.
Limits
To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, our total liability for any order is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the amount you paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for future orders. The terms that applied when you placed an order continue to apply to that order.
